hug

After a busy while trying to teach your little sister how to climb out the door, why not show her you love her with a big hug?

barefoot

Love the feeling of walking around with no shoes or socks. There's nothing like summer living.

mirror

I'm enjoying taking pictures in my mirror these days. You just never know what you're going to get. This was supposed to be a self-portrait but look at the boy sound asleep in the back of the truck. So cute.

Poor Boy

Don't you feel sorry for those people who end up with a nice farmers tan in the summer.

old barns

Here's a look at the scenery from our lovely drive home last Sunday. What a LARGE day it was! You could almost bounce off those fluffy clouds.

us

Sometimes you have to take pictures when an opportunity presents itself. So, here we are dressed in our country attire at 9am this morning. This hay wagon has been in the field across from us for a couple of days, I thought it would make an interesting place for a family shot. The photographer....me....and the self timer. Try it out sometime, you can get great shots.

34 C

Thank goodness for pools and popsicles on a hot day. Nothing is more refreshing than feeling all hot and sticking only to be relieved by diving in the water. Here's some pics from the family pool we visited over vacation. G and C had lots of fun swimming. One of us had more fun playing a bucket of water than the pool (guess he didn't like jumping in with me). Popsicles are a new treat in this household (although I'm going to make some of the dripless ones)...check out those cute oreo boys.

scenery

Here's a look at some of the sites we see while visiting the family in New Brunswick. The Saint John River is beautiful and not unlike our valley here at home. While visiting we see different crops, potatoes of course and my favorite, sunflowers. Check out the covered bridge, always fun to drive through.
